Natural Dye Plantsperson Cap in Coffee
A naturally dyed six-panel cap made from organic cotton twill, embroidered with PlantsPerson. These caps are made to order to ensure less waste with delivery planned for mid November and this batch is only available for UK order.
Each cap is individually naturally dyed by hand in our Folkestone studio. The coffee colourway uses discarded coffee grounds to create a versatile beige tone, with subtle variations and a beautifully imperfect patina.
Because we work with natural rather than synthetic dyes, no two caps will ever be exactly alike. Variations in colour, markings and depth of shade are part of the process and make each piece unique. Natural dyes also behave differently over time: exposure to sunlight, washing and wear can cause the colour to soften, fade and shift, developing its own patina as you wear it. This is an inherent characteristic of natural dyeing rather than a fault.

Wash and Care
- Hand wash only in cool water using a pH-neutral detergent.
- Air dry away from strong direct sunlight.
- Natural dyes behave differently over time: exposure to sunlight, washing and wear can cause the colour to soften, fade and shift, developing its own patina as you wear it.
